Task: Designing Management System (DMS). Digitizing historical data records by converting these legacy records into
digital format to pave the way for a seamless integration into the CRVS system. This integration is essential for
establishing a comprehensive database that accurately reflects Samoa's demographic landscape and facilitates efficient
data management and analysis..

Task: [Analysis - CSRV System Infrastructure "Remote-Access")
The IT Remote-Access Analysis Report technically reviews and reports on the Life Data System (LDS), also called as BDM (Births, Deaths and Marriages) System. The analysis focuses on the current system topology, infrastructures and connectivity to identify its weaknesses and strengths. Information gathered from the analysis is used to propose a plan to strengthen the existing infrastructure and network system, to enable authorised users to remotely log in from rural areas to the central DBS building (LDS-BDM) Server. This report summarises findings from the analysis, details of the proposed infrastructure and
recommendations for better improvement.

Task: [Development of an online Government to Business (G2B) Samoa Tourism Authority System (STA1) ].
We are contracted to develop and maintain the Samoa Tourism Authority Centralised Management System based on their requirements that suit their needs based on their office structure. The system is for Human Resource records, employees' online timesheets, Payroll, Assets and Tourism sectors such as Hotels, accommodation and beach fares data.

Task: [Development of an online File Management System and Android App ].
We are contracted to develop and maintain the PIDC system and its network of electronic equipment and devices. The PIDC organisation doesn't have an IT Division, and we are their current and ongoing support for IT.

Task: [IT Audit, System Developer & Network Management Specialist]. The overall objective is to audit and assist the Government of Tuvalu and the Tuvalu Fisheries Department (TFD) in implementing the goals of the TFD Corporate Plan by providing specialist Technical Assistance (TA) for the development of the Management Information System (MIS), upgrading of the current Network Infrastructure and Internet connection bandwidth and speed to both Speedcast satellite and Tuvalu Telecommunications Corporation (TTC) Internet Services Providers (ISP).

Task: [Seafarer System Developer]. The overall objective is to assist the Government of Samoa (GoS) and the Samoa Shipping Services (SSS) in implementing the goals of developing a system for the recording of current and archival maritime personal information, contracts and statistics.

Task: [Wharfages System Developer]. Samoa Ports Authority (SPA) has decided to implement a new port operations management system catering to the Cargo and Bond/Wharfage charges. The port's operations charging system aims to calculate all applicable charges and generate all-inclusive invoices for SPA's customers. This project aims to automate the invoicing process as much as possible, leading to a much quicker invoicing of the charges and a more inclusive invoicing that relies on limited to no manual input.

Task: [Agriculture and Fisheries Cyclone Recovery Project(AFCRP) eVoucher system developer]. The AFCRP was part of the Government of Samoa's post-disaster response to Cyclone Evan, which hit the Island of Upolu on December 13, 2012. The project provided financial assistance to farmers in the severely and moderately affected areas to repair/replace damaged/lost farm assets, enabling them to restore their production capacities. It provided financial assistance to the Ministry of Agriculture and Fishery to repair/replace its damaged/lost facilities and to improve its capacity to respond to similar disasters.

Task: [Integrated Asset Management System Developer]. The integrated database not only provides an effective mainstreamed tool for management monitoring and evaluation of the Transport Sector Plan (TSP), but it also acts as a tool to gather data for the Ministry to provide accurate, informed advice to all stakeholders, inclusive Government of Samoa (GoS).

Task: [Online Survey System Developer]. Samoa ICT Needs and Readiness Survey. The commissioning of the Tui-Samoa submarine cable is bringing very high-speed Internet to Samoa, potentially reducing the cost of broadband Internet for all citizens. To assess the impact that such development may bring to Samoans, Caelis International has been commissioned to do a survey and a research study on the future benefits of ICT.

Task: [IT Audit and Access Management Specialist]. (Government to citizen (G2C). In 2016, Bitsolution was approached by the SBS to audit and analyse the current Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM) and propose a new system for the National ID. Bitsolution and SBS met to brief and gain more understanding regarding the request. After the briefing, Bitsolution starts a site visit to the SBS for an interview and to get more information to fully understand the requirements as requested and make sure that we propose a system audit/analysis report that caters for SBS' expectations.

Task: [SACEP Web-Based System Developer]. Samoa Agriculture Competitiveness Enhancement Project (SACEP). The development objective of the Agriculture Competitiveness Enhancement Project for Samoa is to support fruit and vegetable growers and livestock producers to improve their productivity and take tremendous advantage of market opportunities.

Task: [LMIS System Developer]. The MCIL Financial Year 2015/2016 plan proposes, amongst other things, the need for a computerised Labour Market Information System ('LMIS') for the effective and efficient distribution and networking of labour market information ('LMI') to the stakeholders and the public on a timely basis.

Task: [Drivers License System Developer]. Development of an online Web-based platform System for creating and issuing Driver's Licenses for Samoa-eligible license holders. This allows for registering eligible candidates and meeting all standards after the exam and driving tests. Photo taking for the driver and the issuance of the license. Caters for payment received from clients needing requests utilising the LTA fee structure. Allows a document management facility to upload documents related to the driver and all activities for easier retrieval. Data analysis reports on the data collected on licenses—external view for drivers licenses to be visible from the police headquarters.

Task: [IT Audit and Access Management Specialist]. This ICT Analysis Report technically reviews and reports on the Samoa Law and Justice Sector (SLJS) current Auafa Mau (Centralised Crime Statistics Database) System. The analysis focuses on the current system topology, infrastructures and connectivity to identify its weaknesses and strengths. Information gathered from the research is used to propose a plan to integrate the existing system into a single Centralised Web-Based "Auafa Mau" network system. The report summarises findings from the analysis, details of the proposed system method with logical designs and covers recommendations for better improvement in the AUAFA MAU database.

Task: [eLibrary System Developer]. A government e-Library or Digital Library is a collection of digital objects such as text, visuals, video, and audio. It was designed to upload all materials belonging to the Parliament of Samoa, such as old paper-based materials, old recording tapes from before and after Samoan independence, and so on.

The PEIN Country Profiles Directory intends to provide a browsable access point for the range of environmental indicators and country documents produced under the various environmental programmes in the Pacific.
